Couch to 5K (C25K)

"C25K, is a fantastic program that's been designed to get just about anyone from the couch to running [or walking] 5 kilometers or 30 minutes in just 9 weeks." We will provide you a weekly schedule as a guide and you can modify the intensity based on your level of comfort.  Our goal is to train to participate in the 5K Turkey Trot in Highland Park or Long Grove Thanksgiving 2019.

You are not interested in C25K and are just you looking for a walking or running buddy? No Problem! we can connect you with your neighbors who have same availability as you.
